JUDGMENT
Mr.K.J.Mohammed Anzar, learned Government Pleader submits that he is yet to receive instructions. He further submits that he has no objection in the 2nd respondent is being directed to take such action as is warranted on Ext.P3. In view of the above submission, I dispose of the Writ Petition directing the 2nd respondent to take up Ext.P3 immediately, conduct necessary local enquiries, issue notice to the 4th respondent, hear him as well as the petitioner and take a just and correct decision on Ext.P3 at the earliest and at any rate within one month of receiving copy of this judgment.
