Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted
that an award enquiry was fixed on 22.2.2007, but the petitioners did not appear and produce any evidence. It is also submitted that a number of applications are pending and an Officer is specially deputed to consider and dispose of the applications. It is further submitted that all the applications received, including those submitted by the petitioners, will be disposed of on or before 31.3.2008. Submissions made by the learned Government Pleader are recorded. So no further orders are necessary. Petitioners shall produce a copy of this judgment before the third respondent, Special Tahsildar, for appropriate action.
Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
