J U D G M E N T
Shri.P.K.Ravisankar, learned counsel appearing for the additional 3rd respondent submits that the writ petitioner has already demolished the objectionable portions of the constructions which are referred to in Ext.P4. I record the above submission and dispose of the writ petition directing the 1st respondent to conduct immediate local inspection of the on going constructions, hear the petitioner and take a decision regarding the genuiness of the claim. Inspection as directed above will be conducted and decision will be taken at the earliest, at any rate, within a period of three weeks of petitioner producing a copy of this judgment before the Assistant Executive Engineer.
