JUDGMENT
The petitioner, who operates a stage carriage on the basis of a regular permit on the route Perambra-Balussery, has sought for a direction to convene a timing conference which was originally scheduled as per Ext.P1 dated 25.5.2004.
Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the hearing on the revisions sought was originally held on 17.4.2008. There were several objections and now pursuant to a direction, a revised timing conference is to be convened. This will be done at the earliest. This submission is recorded.
The writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to convene a revised timing conference, after hearing all the objectors, without further delay, at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
