J U D G M E N T
Petitioner sought for a revision of the pensionary benefits including gratuity and other benefits consequent upon the Pay Revision Order G.O(P) No.3000/98/Fin. dated 25.11.1998. The first respondent has filed a counter affidavit producing therewith an Exhibit R1 (a) order dated 19.10.2007 sanctioning such benefits to the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Exhibit R1 (a) is yet to be implemented. Petitioner may file a representation along with a copy of this judgment, before respondents 2 and 3, within one month from today. Needful shall be done by respondents 2 and 3 for implementation of Exhibit R1 (a), within two months thereafter.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
