J U D G M E N T
The grievance voiced by the petitioner in the Writ Petition is that though the Deputy Director of Education has passed Ext.P1 order dated 9.10.2007 approving the petitioner's appointment, the District Educational Officer has not implemented the same. It is now submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the District Educational Officer has implemented Ext.P1 order. Therefore, the Writ Petition has become unnecessary. It is accordingly closed.
