J U D G M E N T
Ext.P9 order dated 18.4.2008 was passed by the Director of Public Instruction by which the Director held that Smt.Diji, S. (sixth respondent herein) is entitled to get her appointment approved from 4.6.2007 to 31.3.2008 in the leave without allowance vacancy. The Director of Public Instruction also issued a direction to the District Educational Officer to approve the appointment of Smt. Diji, S. for the aforesaid period in the pay scale eligible. The petitioner, Shani Udayan, has filed Ext.P10 revision dated 16.5.2008 before the Government challenging Ext.P9 order passed by the Director of Public Instruction. Ext.P10 revision is pending disposal.

Ext.P9 order, she had filed Ext.P10 revision dated 16.5.2008 and that the said revision is pending. Taking note of the same, the Division Bench set aside the judgment in W.P.(C)m No.14004/2008 and directed the Government to consider the revision petition as expeditiously as possible with notice to the aggrieved parties and the management.
The Writ Petition is accordingly closed.
