This appeal is directed against the orders passed by the learned Single Judge in I.A.Nos.5663/2007 and 5666/2007 in W.P.(C) No.24966/2006 dated 12th April, 2007.
(2). This Court while entertaining the writ appeal has modified certain directions issued by the learned Single Judge, by its order dated 17th April, 2007.
(3). During the pendency of this writ appeal, the learned Single Judge by his order dated 18th August, 2007 has disposed of W.P.(C) No.24966/2006.
(4). Since the writ petition itself is disposed of, now, in our opinion, nothing else survives in this appeal for our consideration and decision. Therefore, while disposing of this writ appeal as having become unnecessary, we reserve liberty to the appellant, if they so desire, to question the correctness or otherwise of the final order passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) No.24966/2006 dated 18th August, 2007.
