This transfer petition is filed for a direction to transfer O.P.(HMA) No.325 of 2007 pending before the Family Court, Alappuzha to the Family
Court, Kollam for trial and disposal along with O.P.No.562 of 2007.
have any serious objection. But, he wants to put on record his objection to the effect that the transfer petitioner is living at Sasthamkotta and not at Kollam. The said objection is recorded. Since there is no objection and as there are sufficient reasons, I transfer O.P.(HMA)325/2007 pending before the Family Court at Alappuzha to the Family Court, Kollam for trial and disposal along with O.P.No.662/2007.
Tr.P.(C) is allowed as above.
