The writ petition was disposed of by judgment dated 7th August, 2007 directing that the process of recruitment initiated by Ext.P1 be expedited and completed. Such direction was issued by taking note of the submission of the writ petitioner that by delaying appointment on regular basis, the respondent was engaging employees on daily wages.
