C.M.Appln.No.1005/2003: This is an application to condone
the delay of 182 days in filing the appeal. The appeal is filed against the judgment and decree in L.A.R.No.287/1999 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Kottayam. It is seen that Exhibit A1 relied on judgment in L.A.R.No.274/1999 has become final by judgment of this Court in L.A.A.No.902/2002. Therefore, the application for condonation of delay and the appeal are dismissed.
