An interim application is filed with a prayer to withdraw the civil revision petition and to raise the contentions in the appeal which is proposed to be filed. It is submitted that it may not be proper to agitate the points in two forums. Therefore, I grant permission to withdraw the C.R.P with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the matter before the appellate forum. C.R.P is therefore dismissed as withdrawn.
