This writ petition is preferred by two senior citizens aged 74 years and 64 years for early disposal of O.S.No.134/2005, pending before the Munsiff-Magistrate Court, Manathavady. It is also submitted that their only son aged 42 years, is mentally challenged and unless there is an early disposal of the matter it will cause hardship and therefore they have requested for time bound disposal of the suit within a period of six months. Having considered the entire matter I feel such direction can be given. so I direct the learned Munsiff-Magistrate, Manathavady to dispose of O.s.No.134/2005 within a period of 6 months from today keeping in mind the urgency which the petitioners are urging in this case.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
