The Revision is filed by the Kerala State Electricity Board, challenging the order dated 15.02.2001 in O.P.No.11 of 2000 on the file of the court of the Addl. District Judge, Thalassery. That Original Petition was tried and disposed of, along with six other connected Original Petitions. On verification, it is reported that against the order in connected cases, no revision was filed by the Board.

the order passed by the court below is illegal or unjust. The Civil Revision Petition lacks merit and it is accordingly dismissed.
