The Revision is filed challenging the order dated 11th July, 2002 in I.A.NO. 6275 of 1999 in Arbitration O.P.73 of 1992 on the file of the court of the III Addl. Sub Court, Ernakulam. The application was filed by the petitioner herein for a direction to the Arbitrator to pass an award after proceeding with the Arbitration Case No.1 of 1999 and also to extend the time to pass the award for a period of one year. In Arb. O.P. 73 of 1992, the Arbitrator was directed to pass the award within a period of one year from 26.11.1998, the date of judgment .
The Civil Revision Petition is therefore dismissed for default..
