Consequent to the dismissal of the petition for condonation of delay in filing the Civil Revision Petition, the Civil Revision Petition is also dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to cure the defects within a period of two weeks from today and to apply for restoration of the Revision, if necessary.

O R D E R
As per the order dated 04.01.2008, two weeks' time was granted to cure the defects. By order dated 28.01.2008, one week's time was granted as a last chance to cure the defects. Still the defects are not cured. Today, the learned Standing Counsel for the petitioner prayed for further time. The request is refused.
Accordingly, the application for condonation of delay in filing the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed.
