O R D E R
The Revision was admitted on 14.02.2005 and a report was called for from the learned Munsiff explaining the circumstances under which delivery was ordered in E.P.No. 476 of 2003 in O.S.No. 785 of 1997. On the same date, in I.A.No. 489 of 2005, an order to maintain statusquo was passed. Till today, no process is paid for service of notice on the respondents. Today, there is no representation for the petitioner.
In the aforesaid circumstances, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default.
