Alleging that the respondent has willfully and deliberately disobeyed the orders and directions issued in W.P.(C) No.12216 of 2005, disposed of on 3^rd March, 2006, the complainant/petitioner has presented this contempt case. In this contempt case, the request is to initiate appropriate contempt proceedings and punish the respondent for the so called willful and deliberate disobedience of the orders and directions issued by this Court.

(2). The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would bring to our notice that, a stranger, aggrieved by the orders passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) No. 12216 of 2005 has filed W.A.No.2964 of 2007 and in that appeal there is an interim order of stay.

(3). Since a writ appeal is filed against the orders passed by the learned Single Judge and an interim order of stay is granted by this Court, at this stage, we need not have to take cognizance of this contempt case. Therefore, we drop the contempt proceedings for the present. However, liberty is reserved to the complainant/ petitioner to approach this Court, if need arises in future.

(4). In view of the order passed in the contempt case, all pending interlocutory applications are closed.
