When the matter was posted before the Court on 1-1-2008, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner was not present. Therefore, the matter was adjourned to today. Even today the learned counsel is not present before the Court. That only shows that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. Therefore, the revision petition is rejected for non-prosecution.
(2). In view of the order passed in the revision petition, all pending interlocutory applications are closed.
