JUDGMENT
Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that orders have been passed as per the directions issued in the judgment, fixing the pay. The benefits flowing out of the order dated 27-11-2007 and other service benefits shall be disbursed to the petitioner within a period of one month from today and if not the amounts will carry interest at the rate of 12% from the date of retirement and the respondent shall be personally liable for the same.
The Contempt of Court Case is closed with the above directions.
