JUDGMENT
Learned Government Pleader submits that the parties were heard on 25.1.2008 and the Joint Registrar has concluded that there are no grounds to supersede the committee of the society which was the second respondent in W.P(C).32466/07. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that his client is entitled to a copy of such decision. Directing that a copy of that order shall be communicated to the petitioner, this contempt case is closed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to seek appropriate relief, if necessary, in accordance with law, if aggrieved by the aforesaid decision.
