It is ordered that whatever amounts are, admittedly, due from Water Authority to the petitioners shall be released, if proper bills are submitted

and amounts shall be paid directly to the first respondent, within a period of one month on production of a copy of this judgment, bills, receipts etc. The petitioner will produce a copy of this judgment before the competent authority in the Water Authority. This writ petition is ordered accordingly.
