JUDGMENT
Sri.Dinesh Mathew J.Muricken, the learned Standing Counsel for the Panchayat submits that hearing is already over and orders would be passed next weeks itself. Under these circumstances, this writ petition will stand disposed of issuing the following directions:
The respondents Panchayat will pass orders on the petitioner's application for issuance of trade licence in respect of diamond wire cut bricks in Sy.No.251/1 of Kalady Village at the earliest and at any rate by6 22.3.2007
The order shall be communicated to the petitioner as soon as the same is passed.
