W.P.(C)NO.6669 of 2007

JUDGMENT
Having regard to the submissions addressed at the bar by Sri.K.Ramachandran, the learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri.Jacob Mathew Manalil, the learned Standing Counsel respondent Municipality, this writ petition will stand disposed of relegating the petitioners to statutory remedies which are available to them. However, there will be a further order that the interim order dated 28.8.2007 will continue for a period of three more months.
Since there is some confusion regarding the nature of the order impugned, the order will be treated by all the concerned as final order for the purpose of appeal.
