J U D G M E N T
Petitioner is aggrieved by Ext.P2 whereby he has been dismissed from service on account of conviction in a criminal case. It is submitted that the conviction has not become final and the same is now pending before this Court in Crl.Appeal No.345/02. Depending on the outcome of the appeal, it will be open to the petitioner to approach the first respondent.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
