JUDGMENT
The petitioner is operating the stage carriage KL-07/K 4401, on the route Thodupuzha – Erattupetta. He submitted Ext.P1 application for modifying its time schedule. Thereafter, this writ petition is filed, alleging inaction from the part of the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P1.
