JUDGMENT
The petitioner has been granted a regular permit by Ext.P3 decision of the R.T.A dated 27.1.2005, on the route North Parur – North Parur, subject to certain conditions. Against the condition in Ext.P3 that the service should touch Vypin, she moved the S.T.A.T. The Tribunal allowed the appeal by Ext.P4 judgment. By the said judgment, the grant of the permit was limited to the sector North Parur – High Court Junction, avoiding the sector Kalamukku – Vypin. Praying for implementing that judgment, this writ petition is filed.
