JUDGMENT
I heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the first and second respondents. The complaint of the petitioner would appear to be that the appointment order of the petitioner was not sent for approval by the Manager under the provisions of KER. But the learned Standing Counsel would point out that the School is not governed by the KER. Petitioner has filed Ext.P3 representation before the first respondent. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a decision may be taken on Ext.P3 by the first respondent.
The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider and take a decision on Ext.P3 in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
