Case of petitioner is that he is denied Salary Certificate

¶29

which he needs to produce before the Federal Bank as collateral security for his wife to take a housing loan. According to him, his application was rejected without any reason. The prayer is to grant Salary Certificate. Today, when the matter came up, I heard Shri K. K. Vivekanandan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent. He would submit that the first respondent is prepared to give the Salary Certificate in the School format, tomorrow. This is recorded and there will be a direction to the first respondent to give Salary Certificate to the petitioner in the School format tomorrow.
