The petitioner has been granted a regular permit on the route Padanna

– Kodungallur – Asmabi College – Vylar, by Ext.P1 proceedings of the R.T.A., Thrissur dated 14.6.2006. Feeling aggrieved by the delay in issuing the permit, this Writ Petition is filed.

Though notice is already served on the respondent, he has not furnished any instruction to the learned Government Pleader. The Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent to issue the permit granted as per Ext.P1 in accordance with law, after settling the time schedule, within two months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment,provided

the petitioner has produced the current records in time.
