Judgment
The petitioner has submitted Ext.P1 application before the Secretary, RTA, Pathanamthitta, praying to revise the time schedule of his vehicles KL-6/A-9321 and KL-3/K-5225, operating on the routes Thiruvalla-Kozhencherry and Pathanamthitta-Thiruvalla. Praying for early disposal of that application, this Writ Petition is filed. The learned Government Pleader upon instruction submitted that the said application is received and it is being processed. The respondent is directed to pass final orders on Ext.P1 in accordance with law within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Judgment.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
