Petitioner approached this Court praying for a direction to the respondents 2 to 4 to implement Ext.P9 order passed by the District Collector. Learned Government Pleader submits that Ext.P9 order has already been revised by the District Collector leading to Ext.R5(e) order. In view of the intervening developments as above, in case the petitioner has still any grievance left with regard to the implementation of Ext.R5(e), it will be open to the petitioner to approach the respondents 2 to 4.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
