JUDGMENT

Petitioner has approached this court challenging Exts.P3 and P6 and he seeks a direction to reinstate the petitioner in service without prejudice to the disciplinary proceedings initiated pursuant to Ext.P3. According to the petitioner Exts.P3 and P6 evidences disciplinary action being taken against the petitioner. Petitioner is placed under suspension from 17.2.2007.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to complete the disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner within a period of four months from today, failing which the petitioner shall be reinstated.
