Petitioner availed two loans, which were not repaid fully. Petitioner has filed Exts.P2 and P5 representations. Petitioner submits that he is entitled to the benefit of the Circular No.30/07. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank also. The Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent Bank to consider Exts.P2 and P5 in accordance with law and communicate the decision to the petitioner within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Judgment.
