JUDGMENT
I find some force in the grounds raised by the petitioner. But it is seen from Ext.P6 that the representation submitted by the petitioner is pending before the respondent-Municipality. The Writ Petition will stand disposed of directing the Municipality to take a decision on the representation referred to in Ext.P6 at the earliest and at any rate within one month of receiving a copy of this judgment together with a copy of the Writ Petition and all the exhibits. Once decision is taken the petitioner will be informed of the same.
