Radhakrishnan, J

We find no reason to keep this appeal pending since the writ petition is pending consideration before the Learned Single Judge. The interim order passed by us will continue till a final decision is taken by the Learned Single Judge. Interim order would not confer any right on either side since the matter has to be finally adjudicated by the Learned Single Judge.
