This Transfer Petition is filed to transfer O.S.No.992 of 2002 pending before the First Additional Sub Court, Thrissur to the First Additional District Court, Ernaulam which is a designated court of trial of Church cases. Notice was given to the other side and they have no objection. Further, the First Additional District Court, Ernakulam is a court specially constituted for the purpose of trying Church cases and is presided over by experienced officers.
