This Review Petition is filed seeking review of the order dated 4.5.2007 in WP(C).No.13710/2007. In view of Annexure-A1 letter from the Government it is explained, that the proceedings for sanction of AWD, can be finalised, as clarifications from the Government is necessary. The writ petitioner has filed CCC.No.1169/2007 alleging disobeyance of the interim order passed on 4.5.2007. By separate order the said Contempt of Court Case has been disposed of today. The writ petition has also been disposed of by a separate judgment. Therefore, it is not necessary to consider the merits of the Review Petition and the Review Petition is closed. No costs.
