JUDGMENT
Review is filed on the ground that the present auction purchaser of property who offered to pay Rs.43 lakhs has not made payment. I do not
think this is a ground to review the judgment. If the purchaser has not deposited the money, consequence including resale of property will follow. The petitioner can participate in the next sale. If purchaser has deposited the amount and sale is not tenable for any reason, petitioner can challenge the same in separate proceeding. Review Petition is closed accordingly.
