JUDGMENT
Petitioner is challenging Addl. District Magistrate's order approving drawal of electric line in a way that was not acceptable to the petitioner. This Court directed the Ele. Board to draw the line if possible in terms of the suggestion made by the petitioner. Standing counsel for KSEB submitted that line is drawn based on the interim orders of this Court and petitioner also accepted the same. In the circumstances, W.P. is allowed quashing Ext.P3 order of the Addl. District Magistrate with direction to the Ele. Board to retain the line drawn in accordance with interim order of this Court.
