This appeal is filed by the State against the judgment and decree in LAR No.41/1993 on the file of the Sub Court, Kozhikode. The acquisition is for Calicut Bye Pass. The property is in Pantheerankavu village. The land value fixed in this case is only at the rate of Rs.6500/per cent. It is brought to our notice that in connected cases this court has sustained the land value at Rs.7000/- per cent. Therefore this appeal is dismissed.
