This Civil Revision Petition is filed aggrieved by the judgment and decree in O.S.No.33/2005 on the file of the Wakf Tribunal, Kozhikode. During the pendency of the C.R.P. it is seen that settlement talks are going on between the petitioner herein and the1st respondent. It is seen from Annexure-RI(A) produced along with I.A.No.2871/2007 that the 1^st respondent has agreed to grant a period of six months from 1.10.2007 to vacate the rented building. In view of the settlement as above, this C.R.P. is disposed of directing the petitioner herein to surrender vacant possession of the tenanted building within a period of six months from 1.10.2007.
