The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail subject to conditions as
per order dt. 18.12.2006 by this court, copy of which is produced as Annex.A. Later, on the same terms the petitioner was granted regular bail by the learned Magistrate. The petitioner now prays that condition No.1 imposed on him by this Court that he must report before the Investigating Officer on all Wednesdays between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. may be modified. The learned Prosecutor does not oppose the said prayer. I am satisfied that the request can be allowed.
