The learned counsel for the petitioner prays, the learned Public Prosecutor does not oppose the said prayer and I am satisfied that condition C imposed on the petitioner, (who faces allegations, inter alia, under Section 307 I.P.C.), when he was released on bail as per order dt. 30.10.2006 that he should not enter the Sessions Division of Malappuram for a period of six months from that date, can now be deleted. In coming to this conclusion, I take note of the representation of the learned Prosecutor that investigation has already been completed and charge sheet has already been filed.
