Alleging that the respondent had not complied with the orders and directions issued by the Central Administrative Tribunal in O.A.No.591/1997 which was confirmed by the orders passed by this court in O.P.No.2670 of 1999, the complainant is before us in this contempt petition inter alia requesting us to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondent and punish her for the deliberate and willful disobedience of the orders and directions issued by the Central Administrative Tribunal.

Pleader this contempt petition is disposed of for the present. If, for any reason, the respondent does not comply with the undertaking given by her before this court, the complainant is at liberty to approach this court again. Ordered accordingly.
