JUDGMENT

Mr.Shyson P.Manguzha, learned Government Pleader submits on the basis of written instructions from the 2^nd respondent that No Objection Certificate from the Town Planner is not required in the matter of giving building permit to the petitioner. I record the above submission of the learned Government Pleader and close the Contempt of Court case directing the 1^st respondent to issue building permit without No Objection Certificate from the 2^nd respondent. It is needless to mention that the above direction will be binding on whoever is person-in-charge as Secretary of the Municipality. The above direction shall be complied with at the earliest and at any rate within three weeks of receiving copy of this judgment.
