JUDGMENT
An affidavit has been filed by the respondents answering the accusations. Heard both sides. Having regard to the rival submissions, I close the Contempt of Court case, however directing that the respondents shall not implement Annexure A5 until the issue involved in Annexure A5 is decided by this court in W.P.C.No.14134/04 or orders in that regard is issued by this court in that Writ Petition.
