After arguing the matter for quite some time, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the contempt case. Permission sought for is granted and the contempt case is disposed of as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach this Court, if need arises in future.
