Smt.T.B.Ramani, learned Government Pleader submits that on 27.1.2007 a conference was convened by the Principal Secretary and she seeks time to get information as to what were the decisions taken in the meeting. The submissions of the Government Pleader will reveal that the respondent is going about sincerely by taking steps towards implementation of the directions in Annexure-I judgment. The Contempt of Court Case will stand closed giving liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court again after a period of three months from today, if necessary.
