Even though very persuasive submissions were made before me by Sri. P.B. Suresh Kumar, Learned counsel for the petitioner who relied on the judgment on Secretary, Haryana State Electricity Board V.Suresh and others [AIR 1999 SC 1160] and having regard to the principles laid down by the Supreme Court in State of Karnataka V. Umadevi [2006 (4) SCC 1] and the terms of Ext.P1, I am of the view that the relief which is sought for in the Writ Petition i.e. for issuance of a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, direction or order commanding respondents 1 to 3 to reinstate the petitioners in service, absorb them in regular establishment and provide them all monetary consequences cannot be granted at all. Petitioner will have to work out his remedies if available elsewhere. The Original Petition will stand dismissed. No costs.
